3. Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. Your card is not charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated, but it may be used in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, deposit, or late policy.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged a fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Our time is reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another guest.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the remaining time available.

If we are unable to complete the service due to late arrival, cancellation or no-show fees may apply.

7. Deposits & Prepayments

Certain appointments, including but not limited to color transformations, extensions, bridal/formal services, packages, events, advanced skincare treatments, and longer appointments, may require a deposit or prepayment.

Deposits may be non-refundable and may be applied toward the final balance of your service unless otherwise stated. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the required notice period, your deposit may be forfeited.

However, results may vary depending on many factors, including hair history, previous color, at-home products, skin condition, medications, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual response to treatment.

For hair color, lightening, extensions, skincare, waxing, and corrective services, multiple appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired result safely. We do not guarantee that a specific result can be achieved in one session.

9. Corrections & Adjustments

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us directly within a reasonable timeframe so we can review the situation and determine if an adjustment is appropriate.

Service adjustments are handled at the discretion of Boho Chic Beauty Boutique and Bare Skin + Wax Studio. Adjustments must be related to the original service performed and do not include a change of mind, a new request, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

We encourage guests to contact the studio directly with any concerns so we can support you professionally and personally.

10. Health, Safety & Contraindications
