Boho Chic Beauty Boutique has a NO REFUNDS Salon Studio. If you are unhappy with your service, please communicate with the stylist and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Your appointments are very important to Boho Chic Beauty Boutique. Appointments are reserved especially for you and only you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

If you cancel your appointment  less that 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time,  you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Boho Chic Beauty Boutique.

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. We require 24- hours’ notice to cancel an appointment with no charge. If less than a 24-hour cancellation notice is given from your scheduled appointment time, Boho Chic Beauty Boutique reserves the right to charge for 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. If  it is a same-day cancellation or reschedule, Boho Chic Beauty Boutique reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for 100% of the scheduled service.

Here at Boho Chic Beauty Boutique, we have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call to let us know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future service appointments at Boho Chic Beauty Boutique.

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that will require you to reply. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and/or a cancellation fee.

For safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of the salon, Boho chic Beauty Boutique does not allow children under the age of 18, animals (with the exception of support or service animals - proof of registration required), or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be imperative that each client during consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of Boho Chic Beauty Boutique.

Boho Chic Beauty Boutique and its stylists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
